Southwestern Community College Athletics will host its 26th Annual Four-Person Best Shot Golf Tournament on Friday, May 15, 2026, at Crestmoor Golf Club in Creston, Iowa. The long-running fundraiser continues to play a vital role in supporting every Spartan athletic program while directly impacting the experience and development of SWCC student-athletes.
The tournament has become a staple within the Creston community, serving as one of the department's most significant annual fundraising events. Proceeds from the day benefit all Spartan athletic teams, helping provide resources that enhance competitive opportunities, travel, equipment, and overall student-athlete support.
Participants may choose from two 18-hole flights, with tee times scheduled for 9 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., with lunch served at 11:30 a.m. The afternoon flight filled completely in 2025, and early registration is strongly encouraged for those seeking a preferred tee time.

The Simply Play Package is available for $280 and includes an 18-hole round for a four-person team with carts, lunch, hole prizes, and the opportunity to purchase buy-ups and mulligans on site.
The All-In Package, priced at $500, includes all Simply Play benefits plus one buy-up per participant on designated holes (3 and 12), one team mulligan, a hole sponsorship, and a golf flag sponsorship.
Local businesses and individuals are also invited to support Spartan Athletics through sponsorship opportunities. Hole Sponsorships are available for $250, providing high-visibility on-course recognition with a business name or logo. Golf Flag Sponsorships may be purchased for $100, offering an additional way to show support for SWCC student-athletes.
Now in its 26th year, the tournament reflects decades of community investment in Spartan Athletics and the positive impact athletics continues to have on young lives across campus.
